SCHEDULING POLICY

To provide our clients with the best service and accommodate everyone's schedules, we have implemented the following policy for appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Any appointment that is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise; please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.

No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We value our clients' time and the time of our stylists, and no-shows disrupt the salon's schedule. Please notify us in advance if you are unable to make your appointment.

Late Arrival: We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their appointments. If you more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment and apply the cancellation and rescheduling charge, which is 50% of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies as they allow us to serve all of our clients more efficiently and effectively.

REFUND POLICY

All services are considered final and are non-refundable. However, our commitment to your satisfaction means that we are more than happy to schedule a corrective service if you are experiencing challenges with your cut or color.


Corrective Touch-up: If you are dissatisfied with the results of your service—not due to a change of preference but rather an issue with the execution—please contact the Salon within 48 hours of the initial service. We will gladly provide a corrective touch-up at no additional cost. Please note that this offer does not extend to requests for a change in style or color but is aimed at addressing specific challenges with the original service.


Time Limit: The opportunity for a corrective touch-up is valid for 48 hours following the initial service date. Regrettably, any request for a corrective service beyond 14 days from the initial service date cannot be accommodated.
